Terms & Conditions

The Market Winners provides digital marketing and outsourcing services including SEO, real estate virtual assistance, social media management, content writing, website building, graphics design, video editing, paid advertising (Google/Meta), and related services as agreed in a specific service order or proposal. Only the services explicitly listed in a signed agreement or invoice are covered under that engagement.

In the event a refund is due for any reason, the maximum refund payable will never exceed the actual amount paid to The Market Winners by the customer for the specific service in question.

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or possible loss of income, revenue, business opportunity, or profit arising from our services or their outcomes.
• Refunds, where applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis against the signed service agreement.
• No refund will exceed the amount actually received by us for that engagement, regardless of any claimed business loss.

The Market Winners does not offer any services to businesses operating in, promoting, or primarily associated with:

• Pornography or adult content
• Alcohol
• Gambling or betting
• Interest-based lending or businesses (riba/usury-based finance)
• Tobacco
• Narcotic or illegal substances
• Any activity that is illegal under applicable law

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement, at any stage, upon discovering that a client's business falls into any of the above categories.

The name "The Market Winners," our tagline, and our logo are proprietary assets of The Market Winners and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. No client, vendor, or third party may use, reproduce, or represent these assets without our prior written consent.

We do not guarantee protection against, and are not responsible for, outcomes resulting from legal proceedings, natural events, or acts of God. We work diligently to deliver the services agreed upon, but circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to platform policy changes, third-party outages, natural disasters, or legal action — fall outside the scope of our service agreements and our liability.

The Market Winners is not responsible for any acts, promises, or communications made by individuals falsely representing themselves as our agents, employees, or representatives. Clients and prospective clients are required to independently confirm the identity and authorization of anyone claiming to represent The Market Winners before making any payment or sharing sensitive information. We are not liable for any fraud, loss, or damage arising from unauthorized or fraudulent impersonation of our brand or staff.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
